The Vulcan VCB201 Suspension is a superior replacement for the VCB200 Vulcan ratchet 6 point hard hats. It features an ultra soft yet strong, super comfortable, 6 Point woven nylon web - crown strap system that acts as a rugged shock absorber. The adjustable Ratchet sizing system allows for precise and personalized fit, giving you optimum comfort.

Included with the suspension is a detachable plush cotton terry front sweatband that is laminated over soft foam. This enhances comfort and provides a snug fit without leaving marks on the forehead. The Vulcan VCB201 Suspension also includes a permanently embossed date of manufacture for proper inspection and maintenance.

The expected service life of the hard hat suspension is considered to be 1 year of regular use, but it can last even longer when used intermittently.
